    Trader Joes Beefless Ground Beef
    Ezekiel Spouted 4 grain tortilla
    Trader Joes Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions
    Trader Joes Shredded 3 Cheese Blend

Tips

For added protein cut the peppers in half and add black beans.

Directions

Combine ingredients on half of a tortilla. Mix it up (I usually use my hand). Fold the other half of the tortilla over to close it. Cook in a microwave fro about 1min 15 sec. Cooking time may vary depending on microwave.
