    CEREAL - OATMEAL 1/2C 140/2.5/5, 2 serving


    BREAD CRUMBS, PLANKO PLAIN - 1/3 C PER SERVING, 2 serving


    FRUIT - DOLE PINEAPPLE TIDBITS, 100% JUICE 1/2C/SERVING, 1 serving

    EGGBEATERS - 1/4CUP = 1egg, 1 serving
