Ingredients

2 avacados
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1 cup panko
2 Tb parmesan cheese
salt and pepper (to taste)
non-stick spray
Tips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. put a cooling rack on a cookie sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Take skin and seed out of avacado. Slice into 1/2 inch slices
4. Dip slices into flour
5. dip slices into egg
6. dip slices into panko
7. Lay slices on cooling rack inside cookie sheet.
8. put in oven and cook for 20 min. or until brown.
