Ingredients



    *Bob's Red Mill Bulgar, 0.5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Basil, 5 leaves
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp

Tips

I set my pan in a sink with cold water in it to quickly cook the bulgar while I chopped the rest.


Directions

bring 1 cup water and .5 cup bulgar to a boil. Turn off burner and let sit on burner for 15 minutes until water absorbed. Cool. Chop and add other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 2 healthy sized servings
