Ingredients

    1 cup backfin crab meat
    1/4 cup potato flakes
    1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
    1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed
    4 tbsp light mayo
    1 tbsp Old Bay

Directions

Mix and shape into patties. Fry with PAM or broil.
