1 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 med. onion. chopped
1 c. Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 c. 1% milk
8 small four tortillas (or corn)
1 c. Shredded Cheese
1 c .Shredded lettuce (I use Romain)
1 medium tomato, Diced
You can also top with salsa and avocado after cooking. Adjust calorie count accordingly.
Take out of oven and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
