Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 med. onion. chopped
1 c. Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 c. 1% milk
8 small four tortillas (or corn)
1 c. Shredded Cheese
1 c .Shredded lettuce (I use Romain)
1 medium tomato, Diced
Tips
You can also top with salsa and avocado after cooking. Adjust calorie count accordingly.
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add minced garlic, & onion. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, mix together Sour Cream, and milk until smooth. Warm tortillas and place 1/8 c. Meat mixture in each and roll up. Place in baking dish and cover with Sour Cream mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Take out of oven and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
