Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    -Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 3 oz
    -Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 10 grams
    -Beans, black, 5 grams
    -Trail Mix, 5 oz
    -Your favourite vinaigrette dressing!

Tips

-You can use any lettuce you like or you can even mix lettuce!

-I really suggest you serve this with a vinaigrette; home made or bougght. Any heavy dressing such as Ranch, Thousand Islands or Caesar will not compliment this salad.


Directions

-Wash and dry baby spinach.
-Open can of corn and drain water from it. Add 10grams to baby spinach.
-Open can of Black turtle beans. Rinse with fresh water and dry with paper towel. Add 5grams to salad.
-Add Trail mix to salad
-Serve with your favourite vinaigrette and enjoy!
