    whole wheat flour
    apple sauce
    honey
    baking soda
    salt
    chia seeds
    eggs
    over-ripe bananas

Directions

mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then incorporate together. Place in muffin pan or loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60 min (loaf) or 35 min (muffins).
