Cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 boiled chicken breast reserve the water
    1-12 oz box of Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini
    2 cans of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1-8oz container of Fat free sour cream
    8 oz of Velveeta Cheese cubed.

Tips

For a south of the border twist add a can of rotel tomatoes!!!!!! For a south of the border one pot meal add a can of whole kernel corn drained and a can of black beans rinsed and drained along with the rotel. Of course the nutritional value will change with each addition or change.


Directions

Boil chicken remove from water and reserve the water. Allow the chicken to cool and shred. While chicken is cooling add pasta to water chicken was prepared in and prepare as directed. DO NOT drain pasta!!!!!!! While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl mix remainder of ingredients with chicken and season to taste. When pasta is done spoon into large bowl with other ingredients with a slotted spoon not draining all the water from the spoon. When all the pasta is in the bowl stir to incorporate well. The soup base should have a consistency of pancake batter. If it doesn't add more pasta water. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 min covered and then 15 uncovered.
