    1 cup frozen blueberries

    1/2 cup pomegranate juice

    1/2 cup coconut milk

Tips



Pomegranate juices vary. Use pure pomegranate juice for best flavor.

Chill glasses in advance to keep this drink cold longer on a warm day.


Directions

In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
