Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup regular flour
    1/4 cup milk, 2%
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground flax (sprinkle on top for fiber)

Tips


Directions

Mix all wet ingredients and sugar in bowl. Mix all dry ingredients and baking powder in bowl. Combine dry bowl with wet. Do not overmix. Fill 12 muffin cups or papers about halfway.The dough will be thick.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins or until tootpick inserted comes out clean.
