Although high in sodium from the canned tuna, this is a favorite of mine for its crunch and for the alertness I feel after eating this. It has a lot of volume for very few calories. Ingredients

    I can water-packed tuna, drained
    1/4 head lettuce, torn into bite-sized chunks
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Tear lettuce into chunks. Flake drained tuna on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Super easy, filling, and a great protein source.
