Cinnamon Yogurt Pancakes

Introduction

High Protein, low fat/sugar pancakes. High Protein, low fat/sugar pancakes.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 - 6oz containers of Flavored Greek yogurt
    3 C Flour
    2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
    3 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    9 Lg Eggs
    1 C Water

Tips

Add more water if batter is too thick, or till a good consistency.


Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Heat griddle.
Pour 1/2 C batter for each cake onto griddle, cook till bubbles break on top, flip and cook additional 2 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 24-30 4" pancakes, 2 cakes per serving
