Oatmeal delight

Introduction

I am a purist that doesn't like to cook my oatmeal. Or many of the foods that I eat. This can be used either as a breakfast or snack. I am a purist that doesn't like to cook my oatmeal. Or many of the foods that I eat. This can be used either as a breakfast or snack.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 c frozen blueberries
    1/3 c uncooked oatmeal
    1/3 c no fat greek yogurt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. hulled sunflower seeds
    1 Tbsp. flax seed.

Tips

This meal can also be cooked by adding water to the oatmeal and cooking for the recommended time.
I also substitute 0 fat greek yogurt for the oatmeal.


Directions

Thaw blue berries for 30 seconds in the microwave, and then add each ingredient.
Stir together, and enjoy.
