Grilled Lemon Chicken

Introduction

This recipe is so very easy and healthy. I find myself often serving this for company as well as family This recipe is so very easy and healthy. I find myself often serving this for company as well as family
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Skinless chicken breast
    1 Tbs. Olive oil
    zest from 1 lemon
    Juice from 1 lemon
    1 clove of minced or crushed garlic
    1/4 teasp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    Black pepper to taste
    1 Teasp of Parsley
    1Teasp. of Basil

Tips

All of the spices are optional. At times I add a touch of hot red pepper to the mix for alittle added zip.
I have also used the mixture as a marinade or a topping for veggies.


Directions

Broil or Grill your chicken breast.
While the chicken is cooking, mix all of the other ingredients together, and when the chicken is completely cooked, place it in the lemon mixture.
