Introduction

A base of canned tomato and chopped vege mix, with a flavour soup mix from shop.Really tasty yet simple. A base of canned tomato and chopped vege mix, with a flavour soup mix from shop.Really tasty yet simple.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Cans canned tomato
    2 Onions
    2 Pkts Spring vegetable soup mix
    3-4 Carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 tsp garlic
    4 tins of water- Use the canned tomato tins fill
    25 gr butter
    Sliced green beans if you like.

Directions

Slice onions,brown in pan with butter.Place in crushed garlic.
Slice carrots, celery, extra tinned water,spring vegetable soup mix.
Bring to boil then simmer till all vegetables cooked.
Ready.
