This is a yummy smoothie that is great for phase 1 of the South Beach diet. This is a yummy smoothie that is great for phase 1 of the South Beach diet.

Ingredients

    Just blend together milk, nonfat yogurt, silken tofu, and natural peanut butter in the blender until smooth. Add Splenda or honey to achieve desired sweetness. Tastes like a peanut butter milkshake!

Directions

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add Splenda or honey to achieve desired sweetness.
