Ingredients

    1/2 c. chia seeds
    2 1/2 c. almond milk
    3 T. agave nectar
    1 t. vanilla extract or 1/2 t. lemon zest

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well with a wire shisk to prevent chia seeds from clumping. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
