    9 oz. Chicken breasts-(cut into 1" cubes)
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 cup mushrooms
    .5 cup onions
    3 oz broccoli slaw
    1 green onion
    2 cup stir fry medley
    8 large shrimp
    1.5 cup cooked rice


1) Use sesame oil to coat wok or nonstick pan
2) Add chicken and cook over low heat until almost cooked through; then add all vegetables
3) Mix ginger, onion powder,garlic powder, and sesame seeds into a small bowl.
4) Sprinkle over chicken and saute over medium heat.
5) Turn heat to high and add soy sauce, sauteeing until fully incorporated and chicken is slightly seared.
6) Turn heat to med and add all vegetables; cook until heated, but not soggy
7) Add the shrimp
8) Serve immediately with .3 cup cooked rice
