Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 pounds raw, boneless pork loin
    1 tbsp dried sage
    1 tbsp sea salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp dried marjoram
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions

Cut pork loin into 4 equal portions. Place in food processor with other ingredients and blend until ground and well-combined. Shape into 16 equal patties. Brown in nonstick skillet, four minutes on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 16-2 oz patties
