Introduction

This is what I've been drinking now that bananas have been cut from my diet. Adding 1/4 of an avocado might add back some creaminess, but it still tastes great. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Vegetables, Mixed Salad Greens, 1 serving
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    5 Almonds
    3 Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    Sugar In The Raw, 1 tsp
    Water
    3 teaspoons chia gel

Directions

Wash and core the apple. Add it to a Vitamix-type blender along with the rest of the ingredients except the chia gel. Add water to about the two-cup mark. Start the blender on variable low, slowly bring it up to high and then flip the High switch until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into a glass and stir in the chia gel. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes a single large serving (about 2 cups)
