4 oz. chopped beef stew meat 1/4 c. shredded cabbage 2 medium carrots, grated 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 3 c. elbow macaroni 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash 2 c. Tap water 1 c. shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray. Brown stew meat. Add vegetables, Mrs. Dash, and water. Cook on Medium heat until vegetables are still a little crispy. Add Macaroni and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until Macaroni is tender. After you place it in your bowl or plate, top with grated cheese.
