Ingredients

    1 cup mangos (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    2 Bananas
    1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 Tbsp. honey
    -1/2 cup ice cubes if using fresh fruit only.
