So good and so easy!!! So good and so easy!!!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 - 2 lb Pot Roast
    2 - Tbsp Garlic Salt
    1 - Tbsp Pepper
    1 - 10.5 oz Can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
    1- Envelope Onion Soup and Dip dry mix
    1 - Small can of Sliced Mushrooms
    1/2 - Cup water
    1 - Cup frozen sliced carrots, thawed


1. Trim fat from Roast and cut into 1 -2 inch cubes
2. Season roast with garlic salt and pepper
3. Place roast in crock pot and add onion soup mix, golden mushroom soup, water, and mushrooms.
4. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours
5. Add carrots during last 30 minutes of cooking

(I sometimes add sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.)
