Ingredients

2oz lean ground beef
1tbsp low fat cream cheese
2tbsp reduced fat sour cream
1/4 c part skim milk mozzarella cheese
1/4 c diced green bell pepper
1/2 c boiled potato with skins
1tsp garlic powder
1tbsp raw or dried onions
Dash of black pepper
1 serving (1tbsp) of brummel & brown natural yogurt margarine
Tips
I kept the skins on the potatoes and when I added the bell peppers they are soft but still firm.
Directions
Take 2 oz lean beef and brown in skillet (add the 1 tbsp of margarine) I use brummell & brown natural yogurt margarine
While browning meat add the 1tsp garlic powder, t tbsp chopped onion, a dash of black pepper, and .5 onion powder.
Then add the 1/4 c chopped green bell pepper and the 1/2 c boiled potato. (I left the skins on).
While the mixture is simmering add the 1tbsp of low fat cream cheese & the 2tbsp of sour cream. Let it melt over the beef and simmer for about 10 min. then mix in.
Last you add the 1/4 skim milk mozzarella over the top of the burger mixture, take off heat and let sit for about 5 minutes till cheese melts.
Then serve and enjoy
