2 - Eggs, fresh
1 - 15 oz. can Pumpkin Pie Mix
1 Cup - Equal for Baking (Sucralose)
1/2 tsp. - Salt
1 tsp. - Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. - Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. - Ground Cloves, ground
1 - 12 oz. Canned Nonfat Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. - Vanilla Extract
48 - 3 1/2" Wonton wrappers
I sprikled a little Pumpkin Pie spice on each wonton wrapper before placing in the cupcake pan.
Let cook completely on a cooling wrap. Add sugar-free Cool Whip if desired.
