Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 16 oz (remove)
    Beets, fresh, 2 beet (2" dia) (remove)
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    *fresh zuchinni 2 small - medium, 13.25 oz (remove)

Tips

can serve pasta first than top with veggies


Directions

boil pasta
chop all veggies
put butter in frying pan
add all veggies not including beans and cook, covered for 5 min
add oil and cook 5 min, until kale is wilting
boil beans
dran pasta
stir all veggies and pasta together
