Introductionhealthy curried lentils healthy curried lentils
lentils, 1 cup dry
4 cups low sodium veg or chicken broth
1 carrot, diced
1 med potato, diced
1/4 onion diced
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
other spices to taste
also add spices and onion
boil then simmer for 1 hour.
20 min before end add potatoes and carrots.
serve with a dollop of greek yogurt
Serving Size: makes 8 1/2 cup servings
