1 cup Dannon Plain Chobani Yogurt mixed with one half packet Sugar Free Jello Mix Powder, flavor of your choice
Note (we don't actually make jello. We use it as flavoring.)
.5 cup chopped mashed fresh strawberries Save 2 slices for garnish
2 T sweetener (Splenda)
1/2 c. Great Grains (raisins, dates, pecans) Post cereal
This is also an appropriate lunch which travels well with cereal in a separate ziploc bag.
Vary flavors. Example: Use peach jello with 1/4 c chopped peaches and 1/4 c. blueberries
OR Lime jello with crushed pineapple (You might think you're eating cheesecake)
Add sweetener to chopped, mashed strawberries and spoon on top of yogurt.
Top with great grains cereal. and 2 strawberry slices.
You can also layer into a "see-through" parfait glass for a special occasion.
Serving Size: Divide into 2 servings into serving bowls or parfait glasses
