Heavenly Cacao Cinnamon Walnut Halves

Heavenly Cacao Cinnamon Walnut Halves

Introduction

This is a what-what?? food that I, as a physician, tell people to eat daily. After breakfast is a great time. Why on earth, you say? Simple. Nuts are super-foods, so is cacao, cinnamon has health benefits on it's own, and there's a sweetness to this that makes you feel good. All for fewer calories than one oreo cookie, nothing artificial, and micro-nutrients we are yet to discover. Studies show that people who eat a decadent snack after breakfast have better results with maintaining a healthy weight too. Go figure! 3 walnut halves equal one serving! You may find 1 is all you need (15 calories of yum). For a change, try it with almonds too. This is a what-what?? food that I, as a physician, tell people to eat daily.
