Introduction

Tuna salad that's lower in fat and higher in hidden veggies and extra crunch! Yum! Tuna salad that's lower in fat and higher in hidden veggies and extra crunch! Yum!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    One huge 4 lb 2.5 oz tin of canned in water tuna, drained, rinsed, and drained again to remove most of the sodium
    1 cup chopped onion
    1.5 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped shredded carrot
    1 cup Mann's broccoli slaw, chopped again
    8 T Heinz dill relish
    6 oz Hellman's Mayo (regular)
    6 oz Chobani nonfat plain yogurt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in one very large bowl. Add a dash of freshly ground pepper. Served as is or chilled.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1-cup servings
