Pumpkin Spice Pudding Squares

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
    2 Large Egg Whites
    1 Spice Cake Mix (or any other flavor you want)

    1 Package Pudding
    1 Cup Almond Milk
    1.5 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1.5 Cups Cool Whip Lite


Tips

Add toffee bits or chopped nuts on top if wanted


Directions

1)HEAT oven to 375F. Mix pumpkin, egg, and spice cake mix just until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
2)BAKE 15 to 17 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
3)BEAT pudding mix, almond milk and spice in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Gradually stir in COOL WHIP until well blended; spread over crust. Refrigerate 2 hours.
