Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 lg eggs
    5 lg egg whites
    1 1/2 cups of RAW creamy unsalted almond butter
    1 1/2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice or vinegar
    3/4 teaspoon of baking soda (which turns it from paleo to paleo-ish).

Directions

Blend almond butter egg whites and eggs until smooth.
Add in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a sprayed 8 1/2″ by 4 1/2″ loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.

Serving Size: makes 18 slices
