Steak Biscuit Pie

Ingredients

Biscuit dough
3 cups nutriblend flour
2 tbsps canola oil
.5 tsp sea salt
2 cups water
Filling
820 Grams top sirloin
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups fresh diced mushrooms
2 packages of beef bovril
2 cups water
.25 cup cornstarch and .25 cup cold water
Directions
Make biscuit dough and line bottom of a cassarole dish. Cube beef into small pieces, and fry in a non-stick pan until cooked. Add mushrooms and cook a couple minutes longer. Put on top of biscuit dough. Add corn and peas that have been cooked on top of the beef mixture.
Make a gravy with the beef bovril, water and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Pour over meat and biscuit.
Cook at 450 for about 30-45 minutes. Until biscuit is cooked.
