Oriental Salad

Introduction

This salad recipe is always a crowd pleaser at family get togethers. This salad recipe is always a crowd pleaser at family get togethers.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 package of Dole Broccoli slaw
    1 bunch of green onion (sliced)
    1 can (8oz.) drained Water Chestnuts
    1 package of Ramon Oriental Noodle Package (not prepared)
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    1/3 cup of veggie oil
    ½ cup of salted sunflower seeds

Directions

Mix slaw, onions and chestnuts in bowl.
For dressing mix soy sauce, sugar, veggie oil and oriental noodle season package together. DO NOT pour on salad until ready to serve.
Add sunflower seeds and dry noodles just before serving but before dressing mix.

Makes enough for 12 servings
