*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Chopped
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") remove inner seeds Chopped same size as tomatoes
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Banana Peppers, 3 small (4" long) chopped same size as cucumbers
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) chopped
Garlic, 3 cloves grated
Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds zested then halved and juiced
*salt - sea salt - mediterranean - kirkland - 1/4 tsp
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
Grapeseed Oil, .25 cup
Mix well and refrigerate. I like to use grapeseed oil because it is not as overpower as olive oil and it refrigerates well.
