Salmon soup with lentils

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp white Flour
    Approx. 60 gr green lentils (boiled and rinsed)
    250 gr Salmon (without skin, can be frozen or fresh)


Directions

Heat the olive oil in a soucepan. Add the garlic and onions inside and stir in medium heat until onions turn yellow. Add the flour and mix. Add the boiled lentils, salmon, margarin and 1 lt boiled water and cook it in medium heat for about 20 min (until salmons are cooked)
