Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    Chop leftover chicken meat, add hot sauce, mayo, honey mustard, squeeze of lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and serve on a cracker or my personal favorite on a slice of cucumber.

    *Also, you can obviously add more mayo and hot sauce to create the texture that you prefer. I use minimal mayo because I do not like too much in any of my dishes.
