Turkey Taco Salad

Introduction

Yummy recipe from my youth with a healthy twist. Originally contained cheese (and you could still add it) but I left it off to cut the fat a little. Yummy recipe from my youth with a healthy twist. Originally contained cheese (and you could still add it) but I left it off to cut the fat a little.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 bag (8 oz) Ice Burg Lettuce (shredded)
    1 Tomato diced
    Crushed Doritos (Taco Flavored)
    1 can of Chili Beans
    1 package of Taco Seasoning
    1 lbs Lean Ground Turkey Burger
    1 cup of salsa

Directions

Fry up your turkey burger and add the taco seasoning as per the taco seasoning instructions.

In a separate bowl mix tomatoes, lettuce, and chili beans.

Once finished, add turkey to the mix in the bowl.

Add 1 cup of salsa to the mix.

Put one serving of crushed doritos into each bowl you'll be serving in.

Add taco salad mix to the top of each bowl of chips.

ENJOY!
