Nutty squash with Asiago Cheese

Ingredients

2 tsp. butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1 med zucchini cut into 3" strips
1 med yellow squash cut into 3" spears
2 tlb chicken or veg broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped walnuts toasted
1/3 c. Shredded asiago cheese
Tips
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet over med-low heat.
Add the garlic and cook, stir constantly for 1min or until soft.
Add the zucchini, yellow squash, salt and pepper, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 6 minutes or until the zucchini and squash are tender. Remove from heat, sprinkle with waltnus and asiago cheese.
