Frozen Fruit and Protein Smoothie

Submitted by: DRAGYN5

Introduction

I never have ice cubes to make smoothies, so I use frozen fruit. My husband and my picky 10 year old son say these are better than Jamba Juice! It has protein, dairy, carbs and is relatively low fat!
