Tibetan Stir Fry

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp fennel seed
    1 tsp dried rosemary
    1 Onion, cut into strips
    1/2 Anise Bulb cut into strips
    1/4 cup Ginger root, finely chooped
    3 Cloves Garlic sliced
    3/5 block firm tofu
    2 stalks, broccoli
    1 small head Savoy Cabbage
    Miso Tamari
    Nori Granules

Directions

On High Heat
Heat oil in Wok
Add fennel seeds and Rosemary and toast until brown
Add Onion, and anise root, Stir until softened.
Add ginger root and garlic
Add tofu and brown edges.
Add Tamari, stir until Tofu is warm brown color.
Add Brocolli and Cabbage
Add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
Uncover when water is absorbed, about 5 min.
Continue stir fry until Brocolli and Cabbage is cooked to taste.

Makes 3 dinner size servings.
Serve over brown rice and lentils.
Season with dulse flakes
