Ingredients

    1 c. parsley
    Juice of half a lemon or lime
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Salt & pepper to taste

    Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Once the mixture is completely macerated it can be used in endless ways to add flavor, without many calories to meats, vegetables, rice, pasta, etc.
