Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground Beef (extra lean)- 2 lb.
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) finely chopped
    Green Peppers 8 cup, strips finely chopped
    Brown Sugar 1/4c. packed
    Pepper, black 1/4tsp
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet
    Soy Sauce, 2 pkts.




Tips

The key is to cook meat and vegetables well done and then add each remaining ingredient individually and allow to simmer for few minutes between addition of each ingredient. This will help the flavors develop more quickly.


Directions

Start browning ground beef. Chop onions and peppers and stir into meat. Continue browning until well done. Drain fat off the meat. Stir in the brown sugar and heat thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for minimum of five minutes. If want to serve later place in crockpot on low heat until ready to serve.
