1 medium buttercup or butternut squash, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch slices 2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
Tips
Gets a little dry so cover when baking.
Directions
Arrange squash in a 12-in. x 8-in. baking pan. Top with apple wedges. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until tender
