Sweet Potato Hummus (Proper Serving Sizes!)

Ingredients

    1 can or 1.5 cups garbanzo beans
    1 baked sweet potato with skin
    1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp tumeric or curry powder
    1.5 tbsp tahini
    Juice of .5 lemon or lime
    salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Add a little water or lemon juice if it needs more moisture.
