Used Betty Crocker low fat fudge brownie mix. Used Betty Crocker low fat fudge brownie mix.

Ingredients



    1 box Betty Crocker Low Fat Fudge Brownie Mix
    15oz can Bushs Reduced Sodium Black Beans entire 15oz can
    1/2 cup Water, tap

Directions

Drain and rinse beans. Add to blender with water and puree until smooth. In a large bowl dump brownie mix in and add pureed black bean and beat with an electric mixer. Follow cooking directions on box but will need more time and will rise in the middle.

Serving Size: cut into 18 pieces
