Ingredients

-2 frozen bananas (about 200 grams)
-1/2 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    -1/4 c organic skim milk
    -2 TB PB2 (original)

Tips

Super ripe bananas will be sweeter and have a stronger banana flavor. If you want to tone down the banana flavor, freeze your bananas when they're still a little green.

Directions

You can use a food processor or high powered blender (such as a Vitamix). I used my standard food processor. Combine all ingredients and let it mix until smooth. The final product will be a little soupy (like a super thick smoothie). Let it firm up in the freezer for about 30 minutes to get that ice cream texture, or add a little more milk to make a smoothie.

Serving Size: Makes 1 giant bowl of "ice cream"

Number of Servings: 1
