Pennsylvania Dutch Ham & Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

    1 bag Wide Egg Noodles
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat free)
    1 ham steak, cubed and cooked
    .5 cup frozen chopped onions
    1 tbsp. Smart Balance Omega Oil
    .25 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican cheese
    1.75 cup Sargento Colby-Jack cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Substitute cooked chicken or turkey for the ham.


Directions

Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the ham and onion and cook until the onion is tender. Stir the soup into the saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Gently stir in the noodles. Heat through, stirring often.
