Ingredients

24 oz. salmon
1 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pound butter
3 Tablespoons Light Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 clove garlic
Tips
The sauce can be made ahead of time, stored in the refrigerator and then warmed up. Perfect for company. Serve with pre made Waldorf salad and baked potatoes or corn on the cob.
Directions
Make sauce first:
Add Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup,
Mustard and garlic clove (minced) to small saucepan.
Heat it but do not boil)
Dry salmon. Rub with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Grill: New Grill: preheated to high part of medium control. Cook 3 min skin side down and then close the lid to finish….2-4 minutes.
Serve with sauce on the side or drizzle over fillets.
